How do Spatially's Targeting Methods Work?

Spatially offers four audience targeting methods to reach your ideal customers:

Geofence targeting

 

Geofence targeting allows advertisers to target people within a distance radius of one or more locations by drawing circles anywhere on the map.

You can use geofence targeting to create new ads with Spatially's platform or to apply to any existing Google and/or Facebook ad campaigns if you have a connected account.

Here's how to create a campaign using geofencing with Spatially Ads:

  1. Select the channel you would like to advertise on (Facebook or Google)

  1. Select your target locations by searching for addresses, businesses or points of interest; or drop a pin on the map. You can adjust the radius size of your targeted area (from 0.5-25 miles).select target locations

Behavioral targeting

 

With Spatially’s behavioral targeting, you can reach the people that matter most to you and your business. With this approach, you will target the home and/or the work addresses of people that have historically visited a specified location before.

You can use behavioral targeting to create new ads with Spatially's platform or to apply to any existing Google and/or Facebook ad campaigns if you have a connected account.

Here's how to create a campaign using behavioral targeting with Spatially Ads:

  1. Select the channel you would like to advertise on (Facebook or Google)behavioral targeting

  • Time of the day: time when people were observed in your area
  • Advanced features:
    • Where to engage your customers—home and/or work
    • How targeted do want your campaign—from specific to broad.

Current customers and neighbors (list upload)

 

With Spatially Ads you can upload your list of your customers' addresses to retarget them and reach their immediate neighbors.

You can use this targeting to create new ads with Spatially's platform or apply the targeting to any existing Google and/or Facebook ad campaigns if you have a connected account.

Here's how to create a campaign using this targeting with Spatially Ads:

  1. Select the channel you would like to advertise on (Facebook or Google)

  1. Download Spatially's template. Add your customers addresses to the provided template and then upload it. The file will go into a processing time that will allow Spatially to map your customers' address and apply your targeting.

  1. Enter a location or city you wish to target that has some of your customers. Spatially will then show you clusters of people within the metro area that your campaign will target.

Custom Audience

 

Have an idea of what your ideal customer looks like? Use Spatially's Custom Audience targeting to search across demographic and socioeconomic variables, and find the geographic areas that match your search to serve your ads.

You can use custom audience targeting to create new ads with Spatially's platform or to apply to any existing Google and/or Facebook ad campaigns if you have a connected account.

Here's how to create a campaign using custom audience targeting with Spatially Ads:

  1. Select the channel you would like to advertise on (Facebook or Google)
